Low quality too expensive. So disappointed. None of my small gifts would fit in it. They are very small and narrow. They are perfect for small gifts for children, some small candies or a gift card. A coffee cup will not work. The bags are the same height as the cup and the cup is wider than an inch and a half or the width of the bottom of the bag. If I stuffed the mug in my pocket it would tear and tear. My order contains bags that are not quite rectangular due to crooked folds. There are some markings on the pockets, scalloped edges, and small drawstring handles that fall out of the holes they are meant to go through. This is a very overpriced price. I can buy them at my local party store for 25 cents a pack and choose the colors. While I can't find where it says they are non-returnable (the seller claims to offer hassle-free returns), they are non-returnable.
