I chose this particular roof basket because the top front and rear crossbars are removable so I can stow longer items like a kayak or lumber in them and keep them safe and sound. fixed from side to side. The product was packaged reasonably well and is actually much stronger than I thought it would be. Mounting brackets are easy to assemble and install. The instructions were helpful every time I sat there and scratched my head. I ordered a second set of crossbars from Revain Basics because they were incredibly cheap and very well built. So I needed a second set of fasteners. I contacted Hyperax to request additional hardware and they sent it without hesitation. I am so damn impressed with the product and the customer service. I would definitely buy again. Hopefully never as it's pretty durable and I don't think it will break.
