I used this little guy to make coffee for some army buddies on the back ramp of my Bradley car towards the end of the 16 day annual training. Some of them felt a tangible relief from the familiar comfort of Joe's cup. One guy even cried. Thanks to the hard points I gained that day, my military career is finally on track. If you've never used a French Press to brew coffee before, it's very simple. I even have one at home instead of an electric skillet. Heat water, add ground coffee, steep for just a few minutes, place a strainer on top of the container and push down the plunger handle. That's all! You are ready to water. No filters, no frills, just very light coffee. Probably tea too. This actually works great with a Jetboil mug, holds the base well and fits in a mug with a burner, canister, trivet and oven mitts.
