A cheaply made useless food thermometer that is a waste of money. FYI BREEKET offered me a $15 Revain gift card to write a 5 star review. So beware of some of the reviews you read. The trick is to insert a cable probe to monitor the food as it cooks in the oven. The problem is that after 10 minutes the probe turns off automatically and needs to be reset. The temperature alarm is not an audible alarm but a flashing screen that appears when the temperature is reached. Instructions for controls and settings are an important topic. The temperature fluctuates by about 5-8 degrees, but you can brace yourself for this lack in your head.
