Overall the product works as advertised and I am very happy with the purchase. If you have read previous reviews and have any doubts, please take a look at my experience: 1. Granite/Stone Pole Extension Tube is now included: DO NOT BUY SEPARATELY. I read in a previous review that I would need it, so I ordered it along with the faucet. I lost $5 on the return.2. I had to slightly enlarge the 1.5" hole in my counter (mainly because the original hole was drilled 1-2 degrees off axis). I DON'T NEED AN EXPENSIVE DIAMOND CUT. Cordless drill - that worked on my GRANIT! I was very surprised but very glad I didn't have to spend $60 for the 'right' tool (pipe length) - under sink connector available 4. You will need to purchase a T-connector and some teflon tape separately. 5. I chose the Inline Filtrete filter over the Insinkerator filter because it was cheaper and replacement filters are available at my local stores. It works great with the same tubes. (Water too hot, vent pipes clogged, etc.) so I'm wondering if other reviewers who encountered a leak tried all the remedies available. That's all. I will update my review if I find any issues. Enjoy!
