The platform is easy to use, it’s intuitive for non-technical people. It has many features that make it perfect for any business or organization, including small startups and large corporations alike. I haven't found anything yet that doesn't work perfectly in this software. We've been able to get more customers through chat (and therefore sales) than we would have if they had called us via our phone lines. Also, there are no missed calls! This means less time wasted by employees when their phones ring with an unknown caller.
