Perfect tool - even better customer service

The platform is easy to use, it’s intuitive for non-technical people. It has many features that make it perfect for any business or organization, including small startups and large corporations alike. I haven't found anything yet that doesn't work perfectly in this software. We've been able to get more customers through chat (and therefore sales) than we would have if they had called us via our phone lines. Also, there are no missed calls! I love how easy it is to set up, that's one of my favorite things about this plugin! The ability for users from different teams across our organization can easily be integrated within minutes without any coding knowledge required. Our team has been able to communicate with customers in real-time while also allowing them access into their account data if needed at anytime via chat or email/phone call support options included as well. This tool allows us to reach out immediately when issues arise
