These lights are quite bright by nature; even to the point where it hurts your eyes to look inside. This item has its pros and cons. On the positive side you can select any color with the remote control and the brightness is good for the price. The downsides are that you have to get close to the subject to light that subject. The further you drag it away from that object, the darker it gets, trying to light up the selected area. Overall I think it's a good product and I'm 80% satisfied and certainly 20% satisfied with ify-ify. Based on what you're trying to do, this should work for your projects. It's worth it depending on your preferences.
