I am satisfied with this product. I had my nose pierced and they only used corkscrew jewelry. It fell out while cleaning and I couldn't put it back in. What a pain in the ass it was. I ordered this straight nose hairpin and my life is much happier. It does not fall out, the piercing is not visible from the inside of the nose and is much easier to clean. Me and my nose are happy. The only thing to consider when cleaning the area is how short the piercing is. If you pull too far it will slip out quite easily. Otherwise it's perfect.
