This nice looking and well-made tray table is just what we needed -to use as a hard surface on our ottoman, no legs needed. And no assembly required! It’s super versatile and it’s uses are endless. Not only for a nice breakfast in bed, but for any meal anywhere or for a laptop or other large device. We don’t have the legs out, but they are screwed in well and still easy to move in/out. I just don’t think it’s up for rough, everyday use.As it is, apparently, bamboo, it’s very lightweight but sturdy. The only issue I could find is the main board surface is a bit thin and maybe not as durable as the rest. I actually am not sure if that piece is real wood. I wouldn’t trust it to last a toddler banging on it everyday, for example.The quality is decent, yet I took a star off because I think the price point is a bit high ($30 at this time) for this. But if you get a lot of use out of it I suppose it is worth it. I’m happy with it.
