I would give this bike 5 stars because I do love it EXCEPT for a problem with the left pedal not wanting to stay on and recently it started making a grinding noise and feeling while pedaling. I bought the bike in August and it was great for a couple of months with zero problems and then BAM one day in the middle of my cycling class ( I listen to them on my phone it's great) my left pedal started wobbling and FELL OFF. Not a huge deal I stuck it back on and tightened it thought it was a one-time thing until it happened again. The issue is livable. The bike got me through so many miles.UPDATE!The company is so super nice and professional! I contacted them and sent them pictures of the problem and they got back to me very quickly. They were able to not only give me a full refund but some ideas and how to fix it as well.
