Delivery was fine, box and all packaging looked new and undamaged. I installed one on my Förster and thought: ok, not a Yakima, but for the price it's ok. An open another guide and a cap and two parts of the locking mechanism fall out of the pocket (see photo). Send back. I can't trust a cargo crate on the track when it's already falling apart new from the crate. Pay attention to the design of the cap. Not good. The brittle plastic that holds the lock cylinder in place is irreparable as it is molded with very fine contact with the body of the lid. You get what you pay for. Disappointed as the reviews for this stand were mostly good. I have to bite the bullet and buy someone I can trust.
