Sometimes you get a shelter dog that can't walk and mine was one of them. It's hard to teach a giant pitty to use a leash when they rip the nylon leash thinking it's a toy and although he still attacked the chain leash while I was training him he couldn't destroy it – which gave me time to distract him and learn to drop the leash.
