I am adding this review mainly because of Nordicware's lack of response after I sent them a letter notifying them of this defective cover. I'm pretty sure its functionality hasn't changed, but I didn't get even a hint of an apology. Manufacturer's Response: This appears to be a bug in the casting process. .This should not affect the performance of the covers. If you do not prefer direct debit, I would recommend requesting a refund through your Revain account. Nordic WareCustomer ExperienceDuh, of course I can return it, but I don't have to and I don't want to. What about Nordicware's quality control – both for your products and for your customers?
