PLEASE ENCLOSURE OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS!
Would have given this 4 stars as I've just started using this instead of 3 stars if there had been instructions telling HOW to install this wiper blade. I STRONGLY recommend that this company include a picture and word diagram for installation (because it's actually EASY AND FAST to install IF YOU KNOW HOW). If the wiper blades hold up and work well, upgrade to 4, but NOT 5. UNTIL I think this company considers and properly includes a detailed manual to make it easier for other customers to install this product. shish
