I bought these lamp holders from Sorillo Brands along with a couple boxes of Adams light clips (both made in the USA). They look the same out of the box, but once you break off the clip holding the bulb, the difference in quality becomes noticeable. The Sorillo "bolt" fits snugly into the clamp hole (the part that attaches to the shingles/gutter) and feels more secure. We used large C9 bulbs so it was crucial that the pin sits securely on the clip to prevent the bulbs from dangling and falling off the clapboard clip. to the clips from Sorillo. During installation we had no breakage or wasted clips from any of the brands. Sorillo comes with a chart of the various gutter and shingle attachment options that can be used with this clamp. I am very happy with the purchase and hope it makes it through the holiday season without any problems.
