I like the fact that they are able to target specific groups within my organization which allows me to have more control over our marketing strategy. The platform has also been very easy for us to navigate as well. Sometimes it can be difficult to find things but once you do, everything comes together quickly. If there were any problems with shift communication we haven't noticed anything yet so far. I would recommend using this service if your looking for something new or unique! It's given us another way to reach out to customers without having to spend a lot of money on advertising and promotions.
