The forum sentries are great for monitoring our forums, customer service requests etc., it has allowed us to manage all of this in one place so we can easily see what is happening across different channels! I wish there was an option where you could have more than 1 person assigned per channel - that would be nice but not super important thing at present time as they do offer multiple users which helps with managing things if needed or required (and also makes sense). We use them because its easy way to track issues from customers via email / phone calls into ticketing system + their web chat solution gives me ease over having 2 people working together when dealing w/ live chats!
