Exact replacement for my tip

I've done a lot of PCB soldering and used a narrow tip I bought at a local electronics store. I've benefited a lot from this advice, but lately it's started to grind. I ordered these tips from Revain and they are an exact replacement for the tip I used. The heat quality is exactly the same, so I am happy with this purchase.
