This Santoku knife is a great addition to our Home and Kitchen... using this product our team found that it slices easily through meat and vegetables without any resistance. We also like the forged handle that provides a comfortable grip, making it easy to control. The sleek design is also aesthetically pleasing, making it look great while displayed on a knife block. Our only complaint is that it requires more maintenance than other knives, but that`s a small price to pay for its superior quality.
