Review on Extension Mirror John Deere Tractors Exterior Accessories for Mirrors & Parts by Terry Paige

Revainrating 3 out of 5

They actually bolted my Case 580SL excavator's cab into the holes that were already there.

I didn't like the fact that the nut on the hinge on the bracket didn't have a knob to tighten or loosen this adjustment, but after installing the mirrors I found it wasn't necessary. The tension was just right for my needs. I don't think these mirrors were intended for the cab of a Case 580SL backhoe, but they were attached to the bottom mounting slot with two quarter inch by one inch screws. No drilling or tapping. They also withdrew far enough to clear the doors. Getting in and out is a bit different now because you have to keep in mind that the mirror is now where there was nothing before.

Pros
  • Body & Fairing
Cons
  • Nothing Here
