best choice for parts and components
I had an XT-Spd, pedal stuck - first ride! curved stem $100 I had a $100 Flat Speed XT pedal combo hit, I think my front shock was low but the XT spindle flexes really easily. The m530 pedal size allows me to snap or do awkward things when the arch support is just clipped with bolts. Shimano's other plastic cage and cleat combo combo pedals don't allow for a clean exit, which is annoying when I'm looking down a cliff when it hurts. (but they are lighter)
