Review on 🦈 OEM Original Shark Burgandy Hose - NV501, NV500, UV560, NV502, NV505, NV501c, NV520QPR, NV520QR, NV550, NV520, NV520q Handle by Renee Patterson

I bought this hose to replace the factory hose that came with my Shark Rotator Pro which had cracks in a number of places. I read the reviews on this product before purchasing and some say the plastic is thinner than the factory part which is not true. At least not for the piece I received. It is the same thickness as the factory hose. Just as. It fits exactly like the original hose and works just as well as the original hose. In fact, it could be better. There was a small lever at the top of the old hose (where it enters the metal rod/piece) and I never found out what it does. This replacement has real words printed on it, so now I know exactly what it does! I had this vacuum for five years and never knew what this lever did (I lost the manual) but now I know and now I see how useful this feature is, so for that reason this replacement is better than the original. I almost bought a replacement directly from Shark but the shipping was longer and it was supposed to take two weeks to arrive. Eh, no. I decided to take the risk knowing I could always order the hose directly from the Shark later if it didn't work. Well I'll take it for the day. Shipping is free, it came in two days, it works perfectly.
