The ability for multiple providers to be able to access one system simultaneously. It has been very helpful with our small practice managing all of their patient records together in an organized fashion! Not much at this time, but I can definitely see some benefits from using it with my other practices as well. We have had issues accessing information remotely so far (not really sure why). However once we get things straightened out then everything will fall into place. Our biggest problem now is just getting patients signed up so they are receiving care.
