The ability to track points, miles, or cash back in real time from any location!The ease of use to create new surveys! It's easy to understand how much customers spend per month. I like that it has an option to set up automatic payments too. If you want to keep track of all the data, this program allows you do so very effectively. There are no downsides at this point. My only recommendation would be to provide more options when creating goals. I have had some problems creating my own goal but that was solved quickly by contacting support directly. We've been using them since our start up stage about 3 years ago now and they continue to help us grow as we expand into different industries. They really care about their clients - not just business, but people who depend on them day in and out. So far, it seems that they always come through!
