I love the look of this wooden pet cage. The wooden edges go perfectly with the wood of my furniture. Pretty easy to assemble and the screws line up pretty well. The plastic box closure should hold tight and it will be difficult for a smart dog to open. The box is heavy when assembled and a beautiful piece of furniture. This cage will definitely fit a medium sized dog. I wish the plastic tray on the bottom could be latched. I've had several dogs that could pull the tray out with their paws. All in all an attractive basket. My dogs find this crate comfortable with a nice pillow inside.
