It does its job, BUT. 1) the taste is weak, rather neutral, i. E. neither pleasant nor nasty. I thought I'd add a lot of water, but no. 2) very, very much foam, the feeling that you drink only foam 3) I ordered isotonic from this brand, I liked it very much. All products include a measuring spoon. In isotonics, they say that a spoon is 20 grams, in a gainer, that 2 scoops are 75 grams, but the spoons are the same. You don't know who to believe. In general: it fulfills its functions, but the pleasure from its consumption leaves much to be desired, the gainer from vplab is much better, you want to drink it again and again, I took maxler only because of the low price. I would rate 3.5 out of 5
