I like that we have access to all our data at any time without having an IT person there with us! The ease it gives you when setting up your inventory system makes this product worth considering especially if its free (like ours). It takes some getting used too but once implemented works great!! No dislikes so far about using SCH's Inventory Manager solution - would recommend giving them try first as they offer their products totally FREE. Our problem solved was being able tracking everything from purchasing orders down into submittal paperwork through invoices right back out again until receiving payment or returning items/materials after sale has been made by customer.
