This is a very affordable and easy to fit footrest that can be used on a large children's or adult's bike. I first got this in hopes of using it on our kid's little bike, but it doesn't work at all with this one. We recently bought a large 20" bike which should work fine once the training wheels are off. It is very easy to install - it comes with two hex hand screws to remove the screws to attach the frame and then tighten. I guess they use a hex so nobody can steal it. All in all a very affordable option that works well, just make sure it fits the big bike.
