Received my bottle a day ahead of schedule so that was a plus! I started using it today and I liked it so much I will be ordering at least one more. I'm really trying to increase my water intake and this bottle is really encouraging me to drink more! That's what makes it so refreshing. I also love that the brew basket is about the length of a bottle to flavor my water to the last drop. Also, I have small hands, so it's handy that the bottle has handles with small indentations. The Tritan plastic is really strong. I think this bottle will be able to throw me around a bit. And the support team is very quick to respond to new orders. The only downside is that I don't think the bottle fits in the average cup holder in my car. i have to check it It's not really a big deal, but I'd still like a handy bottle with a cup holder. Also, I really like this bottle and would definitely recommend it. Update: It fits in my car's cup holder! Major +++ and I got compliments on my beautiful bottle. I was told it looks expensive. The top of the brew stick should probably be a strainer to catch any herbs or pieces of fruit. But overall I can definitely give a buy recommendation. Now I have two Sharpros - one black, one pink. On black sometimes flows - I do not know why. No problem with pink.
