The NGFF SSD NVME (EXI Store?) "Toolless" case features a spring-loaded sliding tray with a slide lock for easy access to the drive bay. . They also feature two plastic inserts instead of screws, which is an incredible improvement over the tiny screws found in many cases. Bravo. First attach the ferrule (alternative to the mounting screw) to the chip and then push it into the hole. The body is made of high-quality aluminium/metal. You will receive a USB-C to USB-A cable. Some lab tests: Evo 960: (250GB) Copying a 10GB file from my Evo960 to a USB-C Gen2 port took 25 seconds. The Windows meter started at a high 500 MB/s but averaged around 300 seconds. Copying the same file back to another location: 881 MB/s... time showed 10.5 seconds! WD Black SN850 (500GB) at high frequency 670 s (ms/s) 15 seconds. Back to the laptop: 878 MS/s in about 11.5 seconds. Switching to a spring mechanism (instead of a locking bolt or screw) and no screw insert was an easy task. Absolutely brilliant. 6 gold stars.
