Perfect for making kvass (Russian-E. European) slightly fermented bread drink
Last year, I intended to make beer but decided to experiment with kvass, a traditional Russian/E. European soft drink. Instead of filling 8 Grolsch beer bottles, the bags let me squeeze out more water from the bread and I got 10 bottles using the bags. My kvass is much healthier for me than beer. I will always use these bags. Easier to squeeze out the water and not as much time involved! I will order more so I am not caught without.
