I was suffering from ulnar nerve pain, which was due to a low vitamin B deficiency in the blood to lots of processed foods with sulfite preservatives, too much caffeine, too much sugar in cakes and cookies and I had a lot of stress at work which was depleting my B complex. Using this elbow brace at night and taking the B complex healed my elbow fast elbow pain nerve. After my second night of using and taking the B complex, my left elbow can bend with no pain. The medium braces are perfect for the average person wearing a medium sized t-shirt. It keeps my elbow straight at night and is comfortable to sleep with. After I adjusted the size of the brace for the first time, it was snug enough not to slip down at night and loose enough for comfortable sleeping and morning shooting. This way I don't have to adjust the brace every time I use it. Comfortable, breathable quality fabric with 4 Velcro straps ensures durability. I tried another bandage with blue fabric, two velcro straps that are glued directly to the fabric. The fabric was too thin and tore after a few velcros and the steel plates weren't sewn on properly which caused some of them to slip out. This black braces features better workmanship, better design and cheaper price. Wear this brace and take the B complex if you have ulnar nerve pain and you will be pain free in a few days.
