not everything I expected -
Installation instructions could have been better and the "sealing" of the unit leaves a lot to be desired in terms of cold air intake. There are a lot of gaps around the shield so it breathes a lot of hot air under the hood. but in the end it's solid and looks great under the hood. It also offers a much larger breathable area per square inch compared to the factory intake filter. I had a K&N factory filter change prior to this air intake system. and yes, when you step on the gas, it makes the old-school intake tract howl. Sounds pretty bad.
