Just received today. Although this pump is lightweight and easy to use, the finish can be easily scratched as shown in the photo after cutting the plastic zip ties to remove the pump from its packaging. Because they are used on difficult trails, the pump coating gets badly scratched. Also, the packaging is pretty clear that the kit was supposed to contain 2 CO2 cartridges which are clearly missing and appear to have been removed. I checked the product description and found no mention of CO2 not being included. The video also states that there should be several cartridges in the kit. Very disappointing.
