Although this pump is lightweight and easy to use, the finish can be easily scratched as shown in the photo after cutting the plastic zip ties to remove the pump from its packaging. Because they are used on difficult trails, the pump coating gets badly scratched. Also, the packaging is pretty clear that the kit was supposed to contain 2 CO2 cartridges which are clearly missing and appear to have been removed. I was skeptical about this pump as some reviews said it had fallen apart. So I definitely tried it out on my bike, even though I don't have an apartment. My tires were a bit low so this was a good time to try it. I attached a CO2 tank to make sure it works. Screwing the pump onto the valve was a little tedious, but it was secure and a perfect fit. I love the idea behind this pump and the mount is very nice and efficient. Once installed it looks great and is very minimal. The fact that it can use C02 and regular air is great. The problem I have is that with any type of valve, you really have to screw the pump onto the valve for the air to flow properly.
