I was skeptical about this pump as some reviews said it had fallen apart. So I definitely tried it out on my bike, even though I don't have an apartment. My tires were a bit low so this was a good time to try it. I attached a CO2 tank to make sure it works. Screwing the pump onto the valve was a little tedious, but it was secure and a perfect fit. The hand pump worked great and fully inflated my tires in just a few pumps. I would be careful not to twist it as the torque could damage it. But for a pump that handles both manual dispensing and CO2 dispensing, I think it's great.
