I first ordered a set of melody prints for my daughter who is a size 2-4T. They were her favorite underwear for about 8 months. Very soft, stretchy and comfortable without bulging her butt or making her wedge. The tag says "M (for Medium, maybe?) 120/56." I'm not sure what the second number is, but I know the first number should be for the waist centimeter. She was about to outgrow them so I ordered the next size up with the floral cat print. The next size is 4-6T, but the label says "120/46 (L)". So both the 2-4T and 4-6T should be 120cm in waist... I will keep them, because they are slightly larger in the waist, but I wouldn't say they are a full size larger in the waist. New pairs are much longer
