I think you get what you pay for. Not totally useless, but thinner than I would expect from any cookware. The handles are hollow, and the "instrumental" part is essentially a glued cap. The melon seed attachment is more the size of an avocado, so I'm either dealing with smaller than usual melons, or it's too wide. I will say that the roller and garnishing knife are VERY sharp and do their job well despite the cheap handles. A melon baler is actually a good tool for pitting tomatoes if you're prone to it. Overall it works in a pinch but I would suggest spending a little more and getting your value.
