I bought this watch to replace the Oshen Luxe which stopped working for a little over a month. I recently had coronary artery bypass graft surgery and wanted something that could easily monitor my vital signs, not my full size automatic wrist cuff. So, a few caveats. The blood pressure reading is slightly lower than my full-size blood pressure cuff and there is reasonable evidence that O2 readings taken with this method rather than the fingertip method are not as accurate, especially when the O2 reading is low [ <90]. Data has been available for some time to suggest that blood pressure cuffs used on the wrist are not as accurate as bicep cuffs. So is this watch useful? In my opinion, yes. This allows the wearer to monitor vitals throughout the day and transfer them to your smartwatch. If the observed values are in the normal range, you can be reasonably sure that they are okay. If they're too low, you probably already have symptoms and the watch will confirm that. If the blood pressure is too high; This is easy to check and gives you a good warning as high pressure is often silent. As for O2 saturation, you're probably fine if it's in the 90% range, and again you can follow trends just like a doctor when you go to an exam. The ECG feature only tells you if the heartbeat is regular and not diagnostic. The battery lasts at least 2 weeks. So if you want something simple to quickly evaluate your vital stats, I think this is a very reasonable choice.
