Better than going to the dentist
These night guards help me to stop grinding my teeth. I prefer the feel of these soft night guards to the hybrid version. I'll chew it anyway, maybe I'll be more comfortable while it lasts. I opted for the thicker 3mm instead of the 2mm I've used in the past. It's still pretty handy. It's also easy and cheap to get one of these compared to a dentist.
