What I like most about this product is how it tastes compared to other protein shakes or meal replacement shakes on the market and I have tried many of these. The only thing I find that is as good or nearly as good is BSN (note: I haven't had any BSN products since 2008, so you might not be able to tell if they've changed their taste from my review. about the taste) That Next thing I love about this product is how easy it is to mix compared to other protein powders - you do NOT need a blender or blender - just a spoon! One note though, and that's why it doesn't get five stars, because it doesn't blend as well as their non-natural formula. It's still easier to mix than other protein powders, but it takes more effort. It still blends so much better than everyone else! I am not basing this rating on protein content, protein type, or any other value. This is all objective and you can read about it without buying the product. If I were to judge it by the amount of protein it would be like buying a red car and complaining that it's red! You can find out the details without a review. Also, I can't confirm how effective it is or not in terms of muscle building; I bought it to supplement my diet. Also, I received this product within the expected time frame and the product is as advertised.
