Review on JBJ Aquarium HP Arctica Titanium by Courtney Cameron

I've been dealing with coolers for a long time and decided on JBJ. The reviews seemed to indicate that these were good devices, but God help you if you run into problems because JBJ's customer service is terrible. So the first cooler I received was defective (the internal fan was not working) so I contacted JBJ service. Shame on those who scold these people! The service from JBJ was outstanding, responsive, helpful and they sent me a new cooler free of charge along with a return label to send my old one back and I didn't even have to send the old one back until the new one arrived. . While I was disappointed to receive a defective unit to begin with, JBJ makes a great product that they vouch for.
