You get what you pay for

Used this for the first time today and haven't decided yet whether I'll keep it or return it. First of all, the guide should be much better. The charts don't help much. Also, something is supposed to be removed from the battery compartment before turning the vacuum on, which I didn't have. It charged and worked fine, so I guess it didn't matter? The manual also says NOTHING about doing anything with the filter before use, but when I opened the vacuum to clean it after use, there was a piece of plastic saying the filter should be properly installed before use . Again, the instructions say nothing, and there are no further instructions on the "correct" installation of the filter. But then again, the vacuum worked well and collected quite a bit, so I guess it didn't matter. The company really needs to make the manual easier to understand and make sure the user knows everything they need to do before using it. In any case, the next thing I would like to warn people about, like other reviewers, is that this thing needs a lot of maintenance. It often gets stuck and can't get out. I also occasionally had to pick it up and carry it to where I wanted e.g. B. in confined spaces such as under bookshelves or in an entertainment center. BUT I have a really hard time reaching those areas when sweeping so I guess it can fit underneath. I also noticed that the vacuum tends to go in circles, covering the same area over and over again. A few times I grabbed it and moved it in a different direction because it felt like it was a waste of battery power to keep circling the same area. As I watched, I also saw the vacuum sweep right over a few crumbs and particles instead of picking them up, which frustrated me. Some dust and hair also got tangled around the spinning brushes instead of going into the bin. BUT the good news is that when I turned it off and emptied the bin, it was almost full of dust and hair. I was blown away at how much this thing was doing in my small apartment! So I'm still trying to decide if it's worth $90 or if I should return it. The jury is still out for me, but I want to share my experiences so far.
