Review on πŸ“ž Enhanced Communication with Grandstream GS-HT802 2 Port Analog Telephone Adapter - VoIP Phone & Device in Sleek Black by Julie Beaird

Revainrating 5 out of 5

But it is still too early for an assessment.

Recently received and installed Grandstream GS-HT802 adapter for newly activated VOiP service, so far so good. I was concerned that voice quality, latency, and other issues might make a difference, but it turned out to be as good, if not better, than any home telecom service I've dealt with in the past. The GS HT802 along with the VoIP service I recently subscribed to, 1-VoIP (no shill here) combined with AT&T Network 1Gb Fiber is the bomb! In the case of 1-VoIP, their support team has been very professional and helpful with the protocol and network settings required for the adapter to work on their system. I like figuring things out and fixing things myself; In this setup setup, the HT802 has a fairly complicated menu of network settings that need to be set properly for phone service to work properly. Well thanks to the customer service rep I spoke to at 1-VoIP. Also, the AT&T fiber optic connection turned out to be exactly what the doctor ordered in my case (and there was nothing wrong with that either). All in all, it was the perfect storm (replace the word 'storm' with 'harmony').
