Review on Guiding Care by Kevin Singh

I like that it has all of my insurance information in one place so there are no more phone calls to different companies! It's very user friendly which makes finding what you need super simple as well!! My only dislike about this program was having an issue with them not being able fix our problem when we called their help desk multiple times they never really helped us get back up & running until after hours or even days later. So if your looking into getting integrated billing then definitely use guidercare because its amazing how much easier everything becomes once u have access through 1 system rather than calling around trying find out who covers whos services etc.. We were using several other programs but nothing compared at ease level nor did anything compare quite yet since integrating thru guidercare. ! Integration process took less time/effort due too GUIDERCARES ability totake over payments from providers instead off me going directly (which i hated doing) now im paying bills online without any hassle.
