I'm medium height, I'm a woman and I usually wear a medium size for most gloves. I find it fits well, it's quite tight almost everywhere (which is how I like it) except on the fingers. My hands are not "graceful," but there is extra space or material around the fingertips. When laying concrete blocks, the tip of the glove gets caught under the block and you have to pull it out. Maybe a small size would take that? But they are long enough that the nails don't poke holes in the tips. Other than that, they seem like really great gloves if I get the right size. They are also good in the summer because they keep my hands dry. Although I don't like it in winter.
