First of all I like it. I literally just installed it on my Ninebot Max and hit the rough roads of Queens, NY. I'll say you still feel the big bumps, but New York's potholes can swallow a small car. but the ones that usually chatter teeth i had to double check if i went over those stains it helped a lot. I can't wait to keep riding it. As some people have pointed out, the installation takes a while, it took me almost 2.5 hours. but most of the time i took the bike off the fork it was originally on. Assembling was easy by just following a YouTube video. In terms of customer service, this company is amazing. Firstly I got a suspension after a week instead of 3 or 4. I was missing a part and I contacted them and after a few hours they replied to me and after a few letters back and forth we found out I was missing and they did got it delivered to me within a few days. I would recommend it to anyone who rides a scooter a lot on bumpy roads.
