Wobbly. The front fender touches the suspension. This is bad design, when you drive you can easily hear the horrible sound of plastic on metal contact. See photos 1 and 2. Also see the 3rd photo, the fender should be fixed much better, this is a faulty design. Be careful when installing, the front wheel may hit the fender and stop suddenly. For me it was a deal killer. First of all I like it. I literally just installed it on my Ninebot Max and hit the rough roads of Queens, NY. I'll say you still feel the big bumps, but New York's potholes can swallow a small car. but the ones that usually chatter teeth i had to double check if i went over those stains it helped a lot. Installation was difficult! I've been following the online video to the TEE and can't figure out the horrible shake it caused. I tried all possibilities and it didn't work, almost gave up. I asked YouTuber "newyorker05" for help and ended up using 2 original OEM rings and washers which took away the hesitation. First of all I don't want to be too negative about this product as it works very well once you understand how to install it. Cons: 1. Instructions seem irrelevant to the one that came2. The box wrench did not fit a screw on the MAX3. Nowhere is it mentioned how to mount the fender mount on the Ninebot Max4. Monorim suspension for Ninebot Max love it! It definitely makes the ride a lot smoother and I feel more in control on rough surfaces. The kit was very complete right down to the tools and replacement reflector stickers. The YouTube installation videos were great, very detailed and very helpful. Bought after a little research. I assumed this was going to be a tricky install and let me tell you the reviews are correct. Tools are included in the package, but some won't fit properly and some won't even fit the specific screw, so make sure you have extra tools on hand.
