Bought after a little research. I assumed this was going to be a tricky install and let me tell you the reviews are correct. Tools are included in the package, but some won't fit properly and some won't even fit the specific screw, so make sure you have extra tools on hand. The biggest annoyance for me was the disconnection of the brake cable by the nut at the end of the cable. I read that some people cut it off, but I applied force with a special tension tool. After installing the product I found that the fender bracket is so poorly designed that it attaches to two free floating washers that allow the fender to move up and down to contact the tires. There were small brackets on the front fender that perfectly prevented the original fork from shifting, but the fender bracket doesn't take that into account either. So if you try to mount it with the rear wheels, you'll have almost no clearance between the tire and the fender. . . I had to drill out this part to make a small gap for it to be comfortable to ride. When installing the fender bracket, be sure to tighten the two outer bolts on the fork that the bracket is attached to THEN tighten the fender bracket. This should help him move around a bit freely, but he'll still move if you give him enough muscle. The rest of the trip is great. Installation was just a headache. Watch some YouTube videos before installing. EDIT: I recently had a catastrophic suspension failure and nearly died. I can no longer recommend this product. The person I met clicked and pushed the fender into the tire and I fell face down on the cement.
